Joacim Kempe, the 17 year old cookbook author of Köping, Sweden traveled with his family to Stockholm on a rainy evening this weekend to catch a live performance of Hairspray at the Chinateatern (China Theater.) Exiting the theater at the end of the performance they were surprised to find that it was snowing. It was now time to go to another nearby theater to meet with yet another famous Swedish actress-Sanna Ekman.
From herbal student in 2000, I went on to author and self publish The Rose Cookbook – a Treasury of Rose Recipes from Around the World. In March 2009 I was laid off from my corporate job but I went on to launch The Rose Diva and the Cookbook Coach. The trilogy will now be complete when as Founder and President, I launch the International Association of Cookbook Writers-iacbw.org.
